General rule
An eSIM is a digital product. Once a QR code or activation profile is generated, it usually cannot be returned or resold.
Refund review cases
Refunds may be reviewed if the eSIM has not been installed, a provider error prevents delivery, a duplicate payment was made, or the device is incompatible before activation.
After activation
After the eSIM is installed or activated on a device, refunds are normally not available.
Request process
Send your request to [email protected] with your order email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
