Nature of the product
eSIM profiles are intangible digital goods delivered electronically. Once a profile is generated and delivered, it cannot be "returned" in a physical sense.
Personal use
An eSIM profile is licensed for your personal use. It is non-transferable and tied to the device on which it is installed.
Check compatibility first
Before purchasing, confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Compatibility issues discovered after activation are generally not refundable.
No resale or redistribution
You may not resell, share, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the eSIM profile or its data allowance.
Acceptable use
The service must be used lawfully. We may suspend profiles used for fraud, abuse, or activities that violate applicable law or the carrier terms.
Service availability
Coverage and speeds depend on the destination and local carrier networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage in every location.

Plan details (data, validity, coverage) are provided by our upstream eSIM provider and may change. The description shown at purchase time applies to your order.
