Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
Retention
We keep account and order data for as long as necessary to provide the service and as required by law, including financial and tax record-keeping periods.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
Requesting deletion
To delete your account and personal data, contact [email protected] from your account email. We verify your identity before processing the request.
Exceptions
Certain records — such as completed orders, payments, and tax-related data — may be retained in anonymised or restricted form where the law requires us to keep them.
