Installation Guide

How to install your eSIM.

Follow these steps to install and activate your eSIM on iPhone or Android. The process takes 1-2 minutes.

Before you start

  • Make sure your phone is eSIM compatible and carrier-unlocked.
  • Connect to Wi-Fi before installing the eSIM.
  • Have your QR code ready (from your order details or email).

iPhone

  1. 1Open Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data.
  2. 2Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan".
  3. 3Scan the QR code you received after purchase.
  4. 4Tap "Add Cellular Plan" to confirm.
  5. 5Name your plan (e.g. "Travel Data").
  6. 6Turn on "Data Roaming" for this plan when you arrive.

No QR code? Tap "Enter Details Manually" and type the activation code (SM-DP+ address and ID).

Android

  1. 1Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs.
  2. 2Tap "Add eSIM" or "Download a SIM".
  3. 3Scan the QR code you received after purchase.
  4. 4Confirm to download and activate the profile.
  5. 5Set this plan as your data SIM.
  6. 6Enable "Data Roaming" when you arrive at your destination.

No QR code? Choose "Enter manually" and type the SM-DP+ address and activation code.

When to activate

Install the eSIM before you travel, but only turn on Data Roaming when you arrive — unless the plan instructions say otherwise.
