AS-12 eSIM — frequently asked questions
How do I install an eSIM for AS-12?
After checkout, open your phone settings, go to Cellular or Mobile Data, tap "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code we emailed you. The AS-12 eSIM activates in 1-2 minutes — install before you fly and switch on data on arrival.
Which networks does the AS-12 eSIM use?
Our AS-12 eSIM connects to the strongest available local carrier networks, so you get reliable roaming connectivity in major cities and tourist areas. Network partners may vary by plan and region.
Can I use hotspot and tethering with the AS-12 eSIM?
Hotspot and tethering support depends on the specific plan. Check the plan description on the AS-12 page before buying — plans that support tethering are clearly marked.
Should I activate the AS-12 eSIM before I land?
We recommend installing the eSIM profile before you travel, but turning data roaming on only after you land in AS-12. This avoids accidental usage and keeps your activation window intact.
Is unlimited data available for AS-12?
Some destinations offer unlimited data plans; others have capped prepaid data. Use the filters on the AS-12 page to compare data allowances, validity and price to find the right fit for your trip.
Can I keep my home SIM active while using the AS-12 eSIM?
Yes. Most eSIM-compatible phones support Dual SIM, so your home number stays active for calls and SMS while the eSIM handles travel data in AS-12.
